If you wish to request an arrival or departure outside the standard times, it is possible to formulate a special request at the time of your booking.

Check-in is normally from 3pm onwards, but if your room is already ready on arrival, we'll be happy to make it available to you.

Should this not be the case, we can store your luggage free of charge at reception in the meantime.

Yes, the Hotel Ligure reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time of the night.

You must present your ID, passport or driver's license at check-in.

Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the establishment free of charge. (We use fiber to provide the best possible connection quality).

Hotel Ligure is equipped with an elevator.

No, Hotel Ligure does not allow pets.

Hotel Ligure offers only non-smoking rooms.

Of course, we can store your luggage free of charge after you leave the Hotel Ligure, but you'll need to collect it before midnight.

You can collect your keys from the Hotel Ligure reception, where someone is always on hand, day and night (24 hours a day).

Hotel Ligure does not offer an airport shuttle service.

On your departure, we can call a taxi for you.

The Hotel Ligure does not offer parking, however, you will have access to reduced rates at the public parking lot “EFFIA - PARKING DE LA GARE” (located 200 meters away on the same street), once we have stamped your ticket, as we have negotiated special offers for our guests.

Each room at Hotel Ligure has a private bathroom.

Subject to availability, you can request a room with a bath or shower at the time of booking.

Yes, all our rooms have a hairdryer.

Each bathroom at Hotel Ligure comes with complimentary toiletries (shower gel/shampoo and soap).

Irons and ironing boards are available free of charge at reception.

Subject to availability, you can request adjoining rooms at the time of booking.

No, Hotel Ligure rooms do not have kitchens, but a kettle is available.

Yes, every room at Hotel Ligure is equipped with a kettle.

Subject to availability, you can request a triple room with 3 single beds at the time of booking.

Subject to availability, you can request a triple room with 1 double and 1 single bed at the time of booking.

Hotel Ligure does not have a swimming pool, spa or wellness center.

The Hotel Ligure is located in the center of Cannes, but we don't have any rooms with a sea view.

Payments

Yes, payment can be made on site and will be requested upon check-in.

We accept the following payments:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Cash only in euros.

No, Hotel Ligure does not accept vacation vouchers.

To receive an invoice for your stay at Hotel Ligure, simply ask at reception and it will be provided to you on departure or sent by e-mail, at your convenience.

If you have booked a “Flexible” rate, you can cancel free of charge if you do so 3 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in, the first night will be retained and the remaining nights will be refunded.

If you have made a reservation at the “Non-refundable” rate, as the name suggests, it will not be refunded, and your entire stay will be retained.

A deposit of 100 euros will be required at Check-In. This deposit may be retained for any breach of the house rules. The house rules are available at the hotel.

This deposit will be returned in full if no damage is noted at Check-Out.
